Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tulip. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refunds

We offer refunds on all products within 5 from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at @tuliphandmade7@gmail.com or directly message us ,with your order number and reason for the refund. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take 10-15 days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
