Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days following order confirmation.

All shipments are delivered via TCS, and a flat delivery charge of PKR 250 is applicable to each order.

Customers selecting Direct Bank Transfer as their payment method are requested to contact our team on Instagram with a screenshot or proof of payment to ensure timely order confirmation and processing: https://www.instagram.com/tulipbysahar/

Tulip operates from Punjab. While every effort is made to meet delivery timelines, shipping may occasionally be subject to delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or other natural events.

Tulip shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services under such circumstances.


Returns & Refunds

In the event of dissatisfaction, customers may request a return by sending the parcel back within 48 hours of delivery to the address mentioned on the TCS shipment label.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the customer's bank account. The refunded amount will exclude delivery charges and 4% of the total order value.

The 4% deduction represents sales tax withheld by the government and is non-refundable.

Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging.
